No processing fee is added to payments made by business or personal check or money order.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
You will receive a confirming email or phone call from us when your Vendor Application and payment have been received and processed.
If for any reason your application is not approved you will receive a 100% refund.
How To Rent Space By Check, Money Order, Email, Fax, or In Person
1. Send in both your Vendor Application and payment.
2. Applications received without payment cannot be processed.
Payments received with incomplete Vendor Application required fields or without a Vendor Application usually result in delays as we attempt to learn what the payment is for.
2. If we are sold out of vendor spaces or if we cannot accept your application for any other reason we will send you an email and issue a full refund.
3. You will never be charged if we cannot provide you with a space.
4. On the Vendor Application write exactly what you require; for example exclusivity or limited competition, or two spaces next to one another.
5. Always be clear about which Event and which Dates you are applying for.
6. You may apply for as many Events as you like with one Vendor Application.
7. When your application has been approved we will send you an email with Vendor Set Up Instructions.
8. If we cannot accommodate your requirements we will send you an email and issue a full refund
9. In person on the morning of the show for no additional fee if space is available.

NYS Sales Tax Department requires all vendors selling merchandise to have a Sales Tax Certificate.
It is FREE and EASY TO GET.
Please ask them any questions you may have.
Sorry, if you cannot or will not get a NYS Sales Tax Certificate we cannot legally do business with you.
