Prepaying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.
Vendor Rental Rates
Charitable nonprofit and government organizations
A charitable nonprofit organization is one that qualifies for tax-exempt status by the IRS because its mission and purpose are to further a social cause and provide a public benefit.
Charitable nonprofit organizations include hospitals, universities, national charities and foundations.
The polices set forth by our nonprofit associates do not allow any organizations or groups to promote issues which are considered to be controversial at our Fairs.
Nonprofit and government organizations receive space on the following conditions:
A $25 registration fee is paid for each space for each day.
No items are offered for sale.
No donations are solicited or accepted.
Your booth is open for all advertised hours.
The free space is limited to literature and signage to create awareness, education, and involvement for the organization.
If you are setting up a table, it must be covered with a quality material that ideally reaches the floor on all four sides.
If you are setting up a canopy it must have 18 pounds of weight on each leg on windy days for public safety.
Independent Art, Craft, Gift, Farm Stands, Not-For-Profit, Small Local Service Vendors and Political Candidates or elected officials
$75 for Saturday
$100 for Sunday
$150 total for both days
Add $10 per day for vendors requiring limited or no competition for their product or brand such as Scentsy, Paparazzi, Color Street, face painters, henna artists, etc.
Multi-Location Service Vendors and Organizations
$150 for Saturday
$210 for Sunday.
$325 total for both days
Explanation of service vendors rental rates:
Maryann’s Dance Studio or Joe Smith Real Estate are examples of small, local independent service vendors paying a lower rent.
New York Life or T-Mobile are examples of larger regional, national, or international multi-location service vendors paying a higher rent.
Nassau County Health Department Licensed food vendors selling from tables or trucks.
$150 for Saturday
$210 for Sunday.

All food vendors must provide their own garbage containers and keep their area clean and clear throughout and at the end of the day and must take all their garbage with them when they leave.
Do not use the market's garbage containers at any time.

VENDOR SET UP DETAILS
For the Bicentennial Celebration Saturday September 30 and Sunday October 1
Come to the Bethpage LIRR Commuter Lot just off Broadway and Benkert Street.
Vendor set up starts at 10am and continues throughout the day.
For the Street Fair Sunday October
The vendor line starts at 7am on Benkert Street at the corner of Broadway.
For both the Commuter Lot and the Broadway Street Fair
Vendor spaces are 12'x10'.
There is room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six-foot tables in a U-shape.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent.
On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.Vendor set up starts at 7 am and continues throughout the morning hours.
All vendors set up on Broadway, the main shopping street of Bethpage.
Space is assigned on a first come basis.
There are no 'bad' space locations at any of our shows.
Do not set up on your own.
Our green/yellow vested staff members will greet you and direct you to available space.
If you cannot find a staff member, please ask any vendor where they can be found.
Vendor spaces are 12' x 10'.
Vendors who sell quality items that are displayed on a bare table only diminish their look and lower the overall appearance of the Market.
For your own good we strongly recommend covering your tables with a quality material.
Vendors may purchase floor length 4' or 6' black fitted machine washable trade show quality table covers from management for $15-$20 each while supplies last.
Vendors are responsible for removing any and all garbage, debris, boxes, etc. from their space and taking them away from the Fair grounds.
