VENDOR SET UP DETAILS
Set up time starts on Saturday starts at 7am and continues throughout the morning hours.
Space is assigned on a first come basis.
There are no 'bad' space locations at any of our shows.
Do not set up on your own.
Vendors may leave their set up overnight, but under no circumstances leave merchandise overnight.
Vendors must leave tables and or tent frame in their space on Saturday night in order to guarantee having the same location for Sunday.
There are two police stations in Eisenhower Park, but we do not take responsibility for whatever items vendors leave overnight.
Our green/yellow vested staff members will greet you and direct you to available space.
If you cannot find a staff member please ask any vendor where they can be found.
Vendor spaces are 12' x 10'.
There is room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six foot tables in a U-shape.
Vendors may unload at or near their space and park in nearby designated vendor parking areas.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent.
On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.
Vendors who sell quality items that are displayed on a bare table only diminish their look and lower the overall appearance of the Market.
For your own good we strongly recommend covering your tables with a quality material.
Vendors may purchase floor length 4' or 6' black fitted machine washable trade show quality table covers from management for $15-$20 each while supplies last.
Vendors are responsible for removing any and all garbage, debris, boxes, etc. from their space and taking them away from the Fair grounds.
