Note: There is an admission fee to the Fair collected by Nassau County that vendors coming to set up will not have to pay.

Prepaying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.

Vendor Rental Rates  

Independent Art, Craft, Gift Vendors

Any one day $100 

Any two days $190

All three days $275 

Add $10 per day for vendors requiring limited or no competition for their product or brand such as Scentsy, Paparazzi, Color Street, face painters, henna artists, etc.    

Multi-Location Service Vendors and Organizations    

Sorry, not permitted by Nassau County Parks Department.

Nassau County Health Department Licensed food vendors selling from tables or trucks.

GPS 1303 Round Swamp Rd, Old Bethpage, NY 11804
Vendors enter from Round Swamp Road and turn right at the end of the long winding driveway.
Go to the entrance at the far right of the fence.
Proceed 100 feet to the first left turn and park in the lot at the end of the parking area.
Proceed on foot to the paved walkway directly in front of you and turn right to walk down the road where management will be to check you in.

VENDOR SET UP DETAILS
Vendors may unload/load at their space and then must park in the nearby vendor parking area.  

When we assign your space, we will let you know where you and your help must park. 

Space is assigned on a first come basis.

Once your location has been established you may leave your canopy/tables overnight.
There are no 'bad' space locations at any of our shows.
If you cannot find a staff member when you arrive to set up, please ask any vendor where they can be found or call us at 516-442-6000 because we might be anywhere on the grounds helping other vendors.
Do not set up on your own.
Set up only under the direction of a staff member.
Most vendor spaces are on grass; a few might be on black top or gravel.
Vendor spaces vary in size from a single table to 10'x10' to 12' x 10'.
Except for single table spaces, every vendor space allows room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six-foot tables in a U-shape.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent. 

Electric is not available.
Vendors may leave their tent and tables overnight, but under no circumstances leave merchandise overnight.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Vendors must leave tables and or tent frame in their space overnight night in order to guarantee having the same location for the next day.
Overnight security is on hand, but we do not take responsibility for whatever items vendors leave overnight. 

Vendors may hand carry or wheel the contents of their space to and from their vehicle at any time as needed.

Vendor vehicles must be parked at all times in the vendor parking lot.

On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.
Vendor tables must be covered with a quality material.
Uncovered tables are strictly prohibited.
Vendors may purchase floor length 4' or 6' black fitted machine washable trade show quality table covers from management for $15-$20 each while supplies last.
Vendors are responsible for removing any and all garbage, debris, boxes, etc. from their space and taking them away from the Fair grounds.

By order of Long Island Fair, vendor vehicles must be off the fairgrounds by 9:30am.
From the time the Fair officially opens throughout the rest of the day, vendor vehicles are not permitted back onto the fairgrounds unless authorized by Fair management.

At the end of the day vendor vehicles will not be allowed back onto the fairgrounds until all visitors have exited the grounds.
This will be strictly enforced without exception.
