Pre-paying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell. 

We do not request a higher rent for vendors who just show up, but we will not be able to rent space to you if we are sold out.


Below is the Vendor Application to use if applying by U.S. Mail.

There is no processing fee If you pay by check or money order through the U.S. Mail.

  • Applications received without payments cannot be processed
  • Payments received without applications cannot be processed.


Please take the time to read and understand all instructions.

You may print and send the application to us 

through the U.S. Mail with a check or money order payable and mailed to Alans Fair 

PO Box 431 Point Lookout, NY 11569.  


For rental rates, please click on the page dedicated to the event you are interested in.


You may use one Vendor Application for as many Fairs as you like. 


When we receive your payment and signed application we will send you an email confirmation that you should bring with you each day you come to sell as proof of payment.  


Our confirming email will also include a link to this website encouraging you to go to the page that is dedicated to the Fair(s) you have paid for because that page contains the following items: 

  • A flyer for the event that you may post on social media and print and distribute to friends, family, customers.
  • General details about the event
  • Travel directions
  • Vendor set up details
  • Plus more items of interest


If you cannot print the application then use a blank page that includes all of the required fields and your signature.


You will receive an immediate 100% refund if we are sold out of space when your payment is received or if your application is rejected for any reason.

If you need a Tax ID number, it's free and easy to get. Please direct all questions directly to them 518-485-2889 or apply online www.businessexpress.ny.gov

By signing for a show, you are agreeing to comply with every rule set forth. 

Also, by signing the application forms, you are agreeing to comply with the following hold harmless agreement:  

TO RELEASE our hosting partner and Alan Finchley/AlansFair Inc. and any and all of their employees, from any claims resulting from loss, damage or injury to him/herself or family or employees.

A signed application from any vendor is considered a legal and binding agreement.  

If you must cancel a show, it must be done at least 7 days prior, or you may lose your deposit.
