PRINT VENDOR APPLICATION

Pre-paying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.


You may use one Vendor Application for as many Fairs as you like. 


You may print and send the application that appears below to us through by email to sales@nassaucountyfairs.com 

or 

through the U.S. Mail with a check or money order payable and mailed to AlansFair, Inc. PO Box 431 Point Lookout, NY 11569.  


When we receive your payment and signed application by email or U.S. Mail  we will send you an email confirmation.                                                                           

Bring your confirming email with you each day you come to sell as proof of payment.                               The confirming email has a link to our website www.nassaucountyfairs.com 

  • Go to the page on the website that is dedicated to the Fair(s) you have paid for. 
  • On that page you will find the following items: 
  • A flyer for the event that you may post on social media and print and distribute to friends, family, customers.
  • General details about the event
  • Directions Vendor 
  • Set Up Details
  • Plus, more items of interest


If you cannot print the application then use a blank page that includes all of the required fields and your signature.

  • You will receive an immediate 100% refund if we are sold out of space when your payment is received or if your application is rejected for any reason.
  • A 4% processing fee will be added for payments made with a debit or credit card.
  • There is no processing fee If you pay by check or money order through the US Mail.

By signing for a show, you are agreeing to comply with every rule set forth. 

Also, by signing the application forms, you are agreeing to comply with the following hold harmless agreement:  

TO RELEASE our hosting partner and Alan Finchley/AlansFair Inc. and any and all of their employees, from any claims resulting from loss, damage or injury to him/herself or family or employees.

A signed application from any vendor is considered a legal and binding agreement.  

If you must cancel a show, it must be done at least 7 days prior, or you may lose your deposit.
