Printable Vendor Application

Vendors who do not wish to use our ONLINE VENDOR APPLICATION may print out the PRINTABLE VENDOR APPLICATION and follow the directions below to submit the application with their payment via U.S. mail, email or fax. 


CARD PROCESSING FEE  

A 4% processing fee is added to payments made by credit/debit card or PayPal.                                  

No processing fee is added to payments made by business or personal check or money order payable to  AlansFair, Inc.

If you have paid with a credit or debit card for an outdoor show you will not necessarily receive another email.

Your card account will show the transaction with AlansFair, Inc. Nassau County Fairs.


Log onto www.nassaucountyfairs.com and go to the page dedicated to the outdoor show you have paid for vendor set up instructions and all other details about the show.


AVOID DELAYS: FILL IN EVERY REQUIRED FIELD ON YOUR VENDOR APPLICATION. 


How To Rent Space By Check, Money Order, Email or In Person           

1. Send in both your Vendor Application and payment.                                                                    

2. Applications received without payment cannot be processed.                                                    

Payments received with incomplete Vendor Application required fields or without a Vendor Application usually result in delays as we attempt to learn what the payment is for.

2. If we are sold out of vendor spaces or if we cannot accept your application for any other reason we will send you an email and issue a full refund.

3. You will never be charged if we cannot provide you with a space.

4. On the Vendor Application write exactly what you require; for example exclusivity or limited competition, or two spaces next to one another.

5. Always be clear about which Event and which Dates you are applying for​​​​​​​.   

6. You may apply for as many Events as you like with one Vendor Application.

7. When your application has been approved  we will send you an email with Vendor Set Up Instructions.

8. If we cannot accommodate your requirements we will send you an email and issue a full refund 

9.  In person on the morning of the show for no additional fee if space is available.
