Under no circumstances may a vendor set up on their own.
If you cannot find the vendor set up area call or text Alan 516-442-6000.
Vendors use their own tables and displays.
All tables and displays must be covered as described below.
Outdoor tents and frames are prohibited by the mall.
Set up and break down is prohibited during mall advertised hours.
Vendor set up is exactly when the mall closes the night before your first selling day.
Scroll down for the Mall Holiday Hours.
At the mall's closing time begin to bring in your tables and any other display material first so that we can place your items in the correct spot on the floor of the mall as directed by Show Management.
After your display items are properly set up you can then bring in your merchandise.
We strongly recommend taking your merchandise home with you every night because although there is 24/7/365 security, neither the mall nor us are responsible for any missing items.
During the show if you have any questions or concerns or discomforts about your space please call Alan 516-442-6000
If you are confronted by mall management or mall security or any other official mall representative please comply with whatever they are requesting and call or text Alan 516-442-6000.
VENDOR SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Unless otherwise requested by the vendor, with the exception of the IKEA aisle, vendors who rent for consecutive days have the same space each day and may leave their set up intact overnight.
Although the mall provides 24/7 security, vendors should always take their merchandise home each night.
Vendors who leave their merchandise in their space overnight do so at their own risk.
Vendors who purchase Daily Packages or Discount Packages A or B will be assigned space when they arrive to set up the night before their first selling day each time they come to set up.
We will do our best to accommodate these vendors however the space location may or may not be the same each time.
VENDOR UNLOADING
Vendor unloading is most convenient from the Cinemas/Food Court entrance or the IKEA/Mall garage because they are the closest to the vendor set up area.
The Cinemas/Food Court entrance is located in the northwest corner of the mall and is directly next to the entrance to Round 1.
After parking, enter the mall using the glass doors just to the right of Round 1 and come straight into the mall for about 100' to the second set of escalators at the entrance to IKEA .
This is where vendors set up for each date.
Some vendors prefer to park in the parking garage, which is shared by IKEA and the mall.
After parking in the garage, enter the mall and walk straight down the IKEA aisle to the first set of escalators.
This is where vendors set up for each date.
VENDOR HOURS
Your booth must be open for business during all mall hours.
If you are not going to be open during mall hours, please remove your items until you are ready to return.
When returning, follow the same procedure as described above.
If you are a vendor and need to get into the mall during after hours, call mall security 516-822-2365.

2. All tables and displays must be covered with a black quality covering that reaches the floor on all four sides of the table.
Other colors are acceptable only if they contain the logo of the brand or product you are selling.

10. There is no extra fee for the use of a reasonable amount of electricity. 11. Vendors may use electricity to light up their show cases, run a cash register, or charge their portable devices, but not power up heavy duty lighting and such.
