Charitable nonprofit and government organizations
A charitable nonprofit organization is one that qualifies for tax-exempt status by the IRS because its mission and purpose are to further a social cause and provide a public benefit.
Charitable nonprofit organizations include hospitals, universities, national charities and foundations.
The polices set forth by our nonprofit associates do not allow any organizations or groups to promote issues which are considered to be controversial at our Fairs.
Nonprofit and government organizations receive free space on the following conditions:
An online vendor application is submitted with a $1 payment.
No items are offered for sale
No donations are solicited or accepted
Your booth is open for all advertised hours
The free space is limited to literature and signage to create awareness, education, and involvement for the organization.
If you are setting up a table it must be covered with a quality material that ideally reaches the floor on all four sides
If you are setting up a canopy it must have 18 pounds of weight on each leg on windy days for public safety.
