Each fair has a limited amount of vendor spaces available for rent.
Prepaying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.

Vendor Rental Rates
Artists, crafters, gift curators, farm stands, prepackaged food items exclusively for home consumption, individually operated independent service providers, and elected officials
$110 total rent for each space each day.
Food Vendors
Selling from stands.
$225 for each space each day.
Food trucks
$250 for each day.
Each food truck will receive two 10' spaces
Food trucks are encouraged to bring tables and seating for their customers.
As a rule we try to limit competitiion for each food vendor's main menu item.
Food vendors are encouraged to include their entire menu on their application.
If there are concerns about certain items we will contact you to discuss.
For their own good reasons some of our host associates prohibit or limit our ability to rent space to certain food vendors.
We may not rent space to food stands or food trucks at our fairs at Eisenhower Park, Morley Park, Merrick Spring Fest, Babylon Clam and Babylon Puumpkin Fests.
At our Farmingdale fairs, food vendors selling from stands are permitted, but food trucks are prohibited.
Service Providers
$250 total rent for each space each day.
This refers to providers with more than a small handful of employees.
Examples are companies offering insurance, home improvement and related products, communications, real estate, health care, etc, who may or may not be affiliated with larger regional, national or international organizations.
When you successfully submit a Vendor Application an auto generated email will be sent to you with instructions on what to do next.
If this email does not appear in your inbox check your spam folder.
To avoid delays when you check in, please bring the confirming email showing the fairs you have paid for and the amount you paid.
If space is availabel on the day of a fair, vendors may pay by cash or Zelle.
Charities
We offer space to charities for no rental fee.
By our definition, a charity does not have paid employees.
A charity is run excusively by volunteers.
Charitable organizations are welcome to email us their request for free space shop@nassaucountyfairs.com.
If we accommodate the request here are the requirements~
No items are offered for sale.
No donations are solicited or accepted.
Your booth is open for all advertised hours.
The free space is limited to literature and signage to create awareness, education, and involvement for your organization.
You must comply with all vendor set up and break down requirements.
Under no circumstances are individuals or groups permitted to distribute literature without our express permission.
Event Cancellation Policy
How is the weather?
We offer a 100% account credit for the amount you paid for a cancelled fair
good for one year.
Refunds are issued If we are unable to rent space to you when your payment is received.
