Nonprofit and government organizations receive free space on the following conditions:

No donations are solicited or accepted

Your booth is open for all advertised hours

The free space is limited to literature and signage to create awareness, education, and involvement for the organization.

Vendor spaces are 12' x 10'.

There is room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six foot tables in a U-shape.

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent.

On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.

Vendors who sell quality items that are displayed on a bare table only diminish their look and lower the overall appearance of the Market.
