Every Sunday  

8am-5pm each day

$60 each Sunday for each vendor space.

A vendor space consists of two parking spaces.

Only one vendor vehicle may park at their space.

Please pay when you arrive-advance payments not accepted.

All spaces must be paid in full upon the vendor's arrival upon request by the market manager.

Vendors set up as directed by the market manager.

Vendors who take space on their own may be required to relocate.

There are three rows of vendors in the parking lot-

Row 1  is along Sunrise Highway

Row 2 is in the middle

Row 3 is under the trestle

In rows 1 & 2 each vendor gets two parking spaces; one for their vehicle and one to sell their items.

In row 3 each vendor gets one parking space for their merchandise on the south side of the trestle and one parking space for their vehicle on the north side of the trestle.

Vendors are prohibited from sharing their space with any other vendor.

Vendors who wish to be next to one another are encouraged to let management know when they arrive to set up. 

Vendor set up starts 7 am and continues throughout the day.

The market operates in the LIRR Parking Lot on Sunrise Highway at the corner of Merrick Avenue.

GPS 1 Broadcast Plaza, Merrick NY 

This brings you to the entrance of the LIRR Parking Lot. 

After entering go straight to the portion of the lot that runs alongside Sunrise Highway.

Our market manager will meet you there.

A portable bathroom is available onsite.

We pride ourselves on operating a clean market and are sensitive to the fact that we are located on a major thoroughfare with many commercial and residential neighbors.

There is no dumpster at the Flea Market.

Throughout the day, vendors must keep their area clean, prevent their garbage from blowing out of their space, and take their garbage with them when they leave.

Vendors who don't comply will not be allowed to return and will be punished to the full extent of the law.

We do not allow big box trucks that some vendors use for dumping merchandise and leaving a pile of garbage. 

We have plenty of space to accommodate new vendors.
