You are welcome to place your items on the sidewalk directly in front of your space when you unload.
During the selling day please be respectful and considerate of your neighboring vendors by keeping all items within the confines of your space.

VENDOR SET UP DETAILS
Vendor line up starts at 7am on Richmond Street directly in front of the fair.
Please join the vendor line and be patient while we check in each vendor and direct them to our field staff to be led to their space.
You can greatly help by simply unloading your tent, tables, and all other items into your space and moving your vehicle to the designated vendor parking lot as soon as possible.
Your cooperation will go a long way to minimizing congestion and making the process faster for those behind you in the line.
Vendor setup continues throughout the morning hours.
After parking in the designated vendor parking lot you may return to your booth to set up your displays and tent.
The vendor parking lot is just steps away and accessible throughout the day.
In most cases we do not pre-assign vendor spaces.
Space is assigned when you arrive based on availibility and your acceptance of the space.
Do not set up on your own.
Our green/yellow vested staff members will greet you and direct you to available space.
If you cannot find a staff member, please ask any vendor where they can be found.
Most vendor spaces are 10' wide x15' deep.
Corner Vendor spaces are 10'x10'.
There is room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six-foot tables in a U-shape.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent.
On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.
Vendors who sell quality items that are displayed on a bare table only diminish their look and lower the overall appearance of the Market.
For your own good we strongly recommend covering your tables with a quality material.
Trade show top quality 6' fitted floor length black machine washable table covers are sold by show management for $20 while supplies last.
Vendors are responsible for removing any and all garbage, debris, boxes, etc. from their space and taking them away from the Fair grounds.
