VENDOR SETUP DETAILS
Set up time starts on Friday from 5pm-6pm and Saturday and Sunday starting at 7am and continuing throughout the morning hours.
No appointment is necessary.
In most cases we do not pre-assign vendor spaces.
Space is assigned when you arrive based on availability and your acceptance of the space.
On Friday afternoon or Saturday or Sunday a staff member will greet you and direct you to available space.
If you cannot find a staff member when you arrive to set up, please ask any vendor where they can be found or call us at 516-442-6000 because we might be anywhere on the grounds helping other vendors.
Set up only under the direction of a staff member.
When you set up in the morning do not place your items to the left or right of your space because you might be in another vendor's space and you might be liable for paying for the additional space.
Vendors set up on grassy lawn.
Vendor spaces are 10x10.
Just about every vendor space allows room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six foot tables in a U-shape.
Tables, tents and all display fixtures are vendor options and not supplied by us.
Vendors may leave their tent and tables overnight, but under no circumstances leave merchandise overnight.
All vendor spaces allow vendors to unload at or very near their space.
Some spaces allow vendors to park their vehicles behind their space for the entire day.
When you arrive to set up our field staff will direct you to your choice of available locations.
Vendors set up in spaces that do not allow the vehicle to remain may park in the nearby and convenient public parking area.
We recommend that all vendors bring their own food and beverage.
There is a food mart directly across the street.
If the food and beverage situation changes we will publish here immediately.
Vendors renting in advance for both days must leave tables and or tent frame in their space on Saturday night in order to guarantee having the same location for Sunday.
There are two police stations in Eisenhower Park, but we do not take responsibility for whatever items vendors leave overnight.
On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.
Vendors who sell quality items that are displayed on a bare table only diminish their look and lower the overall appearance of the Market.
For your own good we strongly recommend covering your tables with a quality material.
Trade show top quality 6' fitted floor length black machine washable table covers are sold by show management for $20 while supplies last.
Vendors are responsible for removing any and all garbage, debris, boxes, etc. from their space and taking them away from the Fair grounds.
