We are working in coordination with Broadway Mall for social media including FB/IG to promote the Shows.   

Vendor Rental Rates

Artists, crafters, gift curators, farm stands, prepackaged food items, baked goods, individually operated non-profits and independent service providers with up to a handful of part-time employees 

$115 total rent for each space each day.

$1,500 for all dates.

Service Vendors

$250 each day.

$3.500 for all dates.

The service vendor category refers to providers with more than a small handful of part-time employees.

Examples are companies offering insurance, home improvement and related products, communications, real estate, health care, etc, who may or may not be affiliated with larger regional, national or international organizations.

VENDOR SET UP DETAILS

Vendors who rent for all dates will be given priority of choosing their location.

Most spaces are 10'x10', allowing vendors to set up tables, showcases, and display stands.

Many spaces allow vendors to set up an outdoor tent in good condition.

Many spaces include electric at no extra charge.

Help us help you! 

Bring your set up items, tables, etc with you when you first enter the inside of the mall to check in so that we can identify you as a vendor.

Vendors may check in any time from  8:30am-10:30am the morning of your first day.

Check in with Robert or Alex, our onsite representative. 

They will be in the main shopping aisle just outside the entrance to H&M.

Call Alan 516-859-8444 if there is nobody from our team at the check in point when you arrive.

You may park park your vehicle near any mall entrance, but the closest parking to  the vendor check in point  is the mall entrance closest to Round 1 Family Entertainment Center.

Under no circumstances may a vendor set up on their own.

Vendors use their own tables and displays.

All tables must be covered with a quality material that reaches the floor on all four sides of the table.

We strongly recommend taking your merchandise home with you every night because although there is 24/7/365 security, neither the mall nor us are responsible for any missing items.

If you are confronted by mall management or mall security or any other official mall representative please comply with whatever they are requesting and call or text Alan 516-442-6000.

Priority for choice of space location is given to those vendors renting the greatest number of days.

Most vendors who have prepaid for a handful of dates will be shown available space on the morning they come to set up.
