Political & Religious Organizations not permitted

Our events are designed to bring together people of all backgrounds in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. To help maintain that atmosphere, we generally do not permit vendors, exhibitors, or organizations whose primary purpose is promoting political candidates, political causes, religious beliefs, religious recruitment, or ideological advocacy.

This policy is not intended to favor or discriminate against any particular viewpoint, religion, organization, or political affiliation. Rather, it is intended to ensure that our events remain focused on community engagement, shopping, entertainment, food, and family activities for all attendees.

We reserve the right to decline applications from organizations, groups, or individuals whose participation may create controversy, conflict, or detract from the family-oriented nature of our events.

The only way to guarantee space at any event is by prepaying through our Vendor Application.

We currently offer over 40 event dates annually, including:

30 outdoor events throughout Long Island
10 indoor events at Staten Island Mall

To determine pricing, availability, and any event-specific restrictions, please visit the page dedicated to the event(s) you are interested in attending.

Only one application is required. You may use a single application to register and pay for one event, multiple events, or our entire event season.

For outdoor weekend events, vendors may register for either one day or both days.

Staten Island Mall Vendors

Our indoor Staten Island Mall events are subject to mall management regulations:

Daily rentals are not permitted
Service vendors are not permitted
Food vendors are not permitted
Space is rented for the full event only

Important Information

Space is limited and availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.
If an event sells out before your application is processed, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt and all event dates purchased.
Please save this email and bring proof of payment with you when checking in.
If your name cannot be located on the vendor list and proof of payment cannot be provided, you may be required to pay again before setting up. Any verified duplicate payment will be fully refunded.

Vendor Restrictions

The following products, services, and companies are currently unavailable to new vendors for the 2026 season:

New York Life
Ballpark-style Hot Pretzels
Soft Ice Cream
Honey
Permanent Jewelry

Alcohol Policy

The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted.

Applications involving alcohol sales without written approval will be rejected.

Food Vendor Notice

Some venues restrict or prohibit food and beverage vendors. Food vendors should review each event page before applying.

Food and beverage sales are not permitted at any Eisenhower Park or Salt Shack events.

Category 1 – Craft & Merchandise Vendors

$110 per day prepaid | $115 per day at check-in

Artists, crafters, makers, retailers, gift vendors, authors, farm stands, packaged food vendors, jewelry vendors, clothing vendors, home décor vendors, specialty product vendors, toy vendors, pet product vendors, beauty product vendors, small nonprofits, and other independent businesses selling products from a standard 10' x 10' space.

This category is intended for vendors primarily selling physical products rather than services.

Category 2 – Food Truck Vendors

Category 1 – Craft & Merchandise Vendors

$250 per day

Food trucks, trailers, and mobile food units serving food or beverages.

Requirements:

Must comply with all Nassau County Health Department regulations.
Must keep your area clean and provide a lined garbage can.
All garbage must be removed from the event and taken with you.
Menu competition may be limited to provide a variety of food options for attendees.
Please include your full menu on your application.

Category 2.1 – Food Table Vendors

$225 per day

Food vendors operating from a tent, table, or booth rather than a food truck. Includes baked goods, packaged foods, sauces, seasonings, candies, beverages, and other food products.

Requirements:

Must comply with all Nassau County Health Department regulations.
Must keep your area clean and provide a lined garbage can.
All garbage must be removed from the event and taken with you.
Please include your full menu or product list on your application.

Category 3 – Service Vendors

Category 2.1 – Food Table Vendors

$250 per day

Businesses promoting or selling services rather than physical products. Examples include home improvement, telecommunications, insurance, real estate, healthcare, financial services, and similar businesses.

Note: We are currently not accepting New York Life representatives.
