Additionally, the sale of alcholic beverages is prohibited without prior written appproval.

Applications from vendors selling alchoholic beverages will be rejected.

Our events are family oriented which is not consistant with the consumption of alchohol.

Please note that Nassau County Parks and the Salt Shack do not permit any food or beverage to be sold at any of our events at Eisenhower Park or the Salt Shack.

Vendor Rental Category #1

Artists, crafters, gift curators, farm stands, frozen prepackaged food items sold exclusively for home consumption, unfrozen prepackaged food items that may be eaten at the event or taken home, individually operated non-profits with up to a handful of paid employees, independent service providers with up to a handful of paid employees, non-local and non-all-county official government agencies distributing educational information and or approved promotional items. 

$110 total rent for each space each day when prepaying through our website.

$115 for each space each day if space is available on the day of an event.

Food Vendors

Food Stands

$225 total rent for each space each day when prepaying through our website. 

Food Trucks 

$250 for each food truck each day

Vendor Rental Category #3

Service Providers 

$250 total rent for each space each day.

This refers to providers with more than a small handful of part-time employees.

Staten Island Mall

$525 total rent for each 5-day event. 

Daily rental pronibited by mall management.

Charities 

Free space

We offer a free space if available to charities.

By our definition, a charity does not have any paid employees and is run exclusively by volunteers.

You may use this one application for as many events you like.

There is no need to submit a separate application for each event.

If we are sold out of space when your application is received you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your card.

When you have successfully submitted your application an auto-generated email will be sent to you from nassaucountyfairs@hyfin.  

Please check your inbox and spam folder for it. 

  All the information and dates you have paid for are included in the email.

If you don’t see ALL the information, click GO TO ORDER at the bottom of the email which will provide all the dates and events you paid for.

The above email serves two purposes:

1} A receipt for your records

2)  Your proof to us that you have paid for the specific event and date when you arrive to check in on the day of the event. 

If your name does not appear on our vendor list when you arrive you might be required to pay before checking in.

When documentation is eventually provided to us that you had in fact paid before the event we will issue a full refund for the overpayment.

Again, based on vendor space availability you might not be able to set up if you do not have proof that you are paid in full when you arrive to set up.
