Vendor Rental Rates

One day rentals

From November 15 - December 6 one day rentals are available only for Saturdays 

$110 for each Saturday

From December 13 - December 24 one day rentals are available any day of the week

$125 per day

From November 15 - December 7

Any Saturday and Sunday on the same weekend                           

$220 total for the two days

Vendor Application

Vendors set up their own displays along the mall's main aisles.

Vendor Setup

Set up begins 8am the morning of your first day.

Vendor space will accommodate up to three 6' tables in a u-shape.

When the mall is open to the public all hand trucks and dollies must be out of the mall or hidden under tables along with back up boxes and personal belongings.

Under no circumstances may a vendor set up on their own.

If you cannot find the vendor set up area call or text Alan 516-442-6000.

Vendors use their own tables and displays.

All tables and displays must be covered as described below.

Outdoor tents and frames are prohibited by the mall.

Set up and break down is prohibited during mall advertised hours.

We strongly recommend taking your merchandise home with you every night because although there is 24/7/365 security, neither the mall nor us are responsible for any missing items.

If you are confronted by mall management or mall security or any other official mall representative please comply with whatever they are requesting and call or text Alan 516-442-6000.

Vendor Open House and Vendor Space Selection

On Saturday November 6 from 4pm-6pm vendors may view the vendor locations.

During open house vendors who have rented for all Fridays Saturdays and Sundays and vendors who have rented for all 40 days may select their space location.

All other vendors will be shown available space on the morning they come to set up.
