We are the industry leader of vendor fairs on Long Island,

Each year we produce over twenty-five outdoor street fairs, craft and gift fairs, flea markets, as well as  fairs inside regional malls.

A majority of our fairs are fundraisers for charitable and nonprofit organizations.

To be successful we must provide our vendors with as many shoppers as possible at quality locations.

Our business model is based on encouraging people to shop small and shop local.

Our definition of shopping small and local is providing a pleasant experience where shoppers may browse, shop, and talk directly to the  artists, crafters, gift vendors and service providers.

We offer the exact opposite of the impersonal experience of shopping in big box stores and online.

Our vendors are the direct descendants of the American retail pioneers that build this country one town at a time.

Outdoor shopping is the heart and soul of what we offer.

Online and big box chain stores dominate the landscape today, but there is nothing like getting out on a Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the simple pleasures of shopping, browsing, and people watching with your friends, family, and neighbors.
