Most events have a limited amount of vendor spaces available for rent.

In some cases we limit the number of vendors who offer a particular brand, label,  or company.

Currently, there the following are not available to vendors:

New York Life

Ball park style hot pretzels

Honey

Soft ice cream

Permanent jewelry


The six different Vendor Rental Categories are as follows:

Vendor Rental Category #1

Artists, crafters, gift curators, farm stands, frozen prepackaged food items sold exclusively for home consumption, unfrozen prepackaged food items that may be eaten at the event or taken home, individually operated non-profits with up to a handful of paid employees, independent service providers with up to a handful of paid employees, non-local and non-all-county official government agencies distributing educational information and or approved promotional items. 

$110 total rent for each space each day when prepaying through our website.

$115 total rent for each space each day.when paying the day of the event.

 

Vendor Rental Category #2 

Food Vendors

Food Stands

$225 total rent for each space each day when prepaying through our website. 

Food Trucks 

$250 for each food truck each day

All food vendors are required to be in compliance with Nassau County Health Depatment requirements.

All food vendors are required to keep their area clean and litter-free throughout the day and to provide lined garbage cans at their space.

All food vendors are required to take their garbage home with them.

All food vendors are prohibited from dumping their garbage in public garbage cans or in our dumpsters.

As a rule, we try to limit competition for each food vendor's main menu item.

Food vendors are encouraged to include their entire menu on their application.

If there are concerns about certain items, we will contact you to discuss.

Food vendors are encouraged to bring attractively covered tables and seating for their customers.


Vendor Rental Category #3

Service Providers 

$250 total rent for each space each day.

This refers to providers with more than a small handful of part-time employees.

Examples are companies offering insurance, home improvement and related products, communications, real estate, health care, etc, who may or may not be affiliated with larger regional, national or international organizations.

Sorry, we are sold out of space for NY Life representatives


For their own good reasons some of our host associates prohibit or limit our ability to rent space to certain food and beverage vendors.

We recommend that food and beverage vendors interested in renting space from us go to the page dedicated to each event on this website to review food vendor rental rates and availability.


Vendor Rental Category #4

Staten Island Mall

$500 total rent for each 5-day event. 

Daily rental pronibited by mall management.


Vendor Rental Category #5 

Local and all-county official government information distribution

Free space

We offer a free space if available to government agencies that have juristiction for a specific event's location and to government agencies that have juristiction for all of  Nassau County. 

The  space must be used to distribute official information that is for the good of the public

Local and Nassau County agencies are welcome to email us their request for free space shop@nassaucountyfairs.com.

We will reply with to your request via email.

If we accommodate your request here are the requirements~

No items are offered for sale.

No donations are ever solicited or accepted.

Your booth is open for all advertised hours. 

The free space is limited to literature, signage, and approved promotional giveaways. 

Compliance with all vendor set up and break down requirements. 


Under no circumstances are unauthorized individuals or organizations permitted to distribute literature or products at any of our events without our express written permission.


Under no circumstances will space be rented or donated to individuals or groups for the purpose of political campaigning or involved with controversial social or political issues.


Vendor Rental Category #6

Charities 

Free space

We offer a free space if available to charities.

By our definition, a charity does not have any paid employees and is run exclusively by volunteers.

Charitable organizations are welcome to email us their request for free space shop@nassaucountyfairs.com.

If we accommodate the request here are the requirements~

No items are offered for sale.

No donations are ever solicited or accepted.

Your booth is open for all advertised hours. 

The free space is limited to literature and signage to create awareness, education, and involvement for your organization.

You must comply with all vendor set up and break down requirements. 


Under no circumstances are individuals or organizations permitted to distribute literature without our express permission.


Under no circumstances will space be rented or donated to individuals or groups for the purpose of political campaigning or involved with controversial social or political issues.


If space is available on the day of a fair, vendors may pay by cash, by paying through the Vendor Application on our website, or by Zelle.
