This is a heavily attended private party event produced by the Salt Shack.
A limited number of art, craft, and gift vendors are welcome to participate but must understand that the selling day is limited to five hours.
We are prohibited from bringing in any food or beverage vendors of any kind.
By 5pm every vendor must be packed up and gone because the Salt Shack needs the entire parking lot vacated for their next private party.
Vendors set up on black top in the Salt Shack parking lot near the actual restaurant and events center.
Vendor set up is from 10am-11am.
Vendors unload at or near their space and must park in the nearby vendor parking area as directed by our staff.
Vendors who arrive after 11am or leave before 5pm must carry or wheel their items to their venicle for public safety reasons.
With reasonably good weather 25 vendors and 3,000 attendees.
Prepaying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.
Food vendors of any kind are not permitted to participate because the Salt Shack provides all food and beverage.
VENDOR RENTAL RATES
Artists, crafters, gift curators, individually operated non-profits and independent service providers with up to a handful of part-time employees, and elected officials.
$110 total rent for each space.
Service Providers
$250 total rent for each space.
This refers to providers with more than a small handful of employees.
Examples are companies offering insurance, home improvement and related products, communications, real estate, health care, etc, who may or may not be affiliated with larger regional, national or international organizations.
When you successfully submit a Vendor Application an auto generated email will be sent to you with instructions on what to do next. If this email does not appear in your inbox check your spam folder.
To avoid delays when you check in, please bring the confirming email showing the fairs you have paid for and the amount you paid.
If space is availabel on the day of this event vendors may pay by cash or Zelle.

VENDOR RULES
When you set up in the morning do not place your items to the left or right of your space because you might be in another vendor's space and you might be liable for paying for the additional space.
During the selling day please be respectful and considerate of your neighboring vendors by keeping all items within the confines of your space.
Placing merchandise, signage, or chairs outside your 10'x10' space is unacceptable.
Vendors who leave early must carry or wheel their items to their vehicles.
Vendors are prohibited from calling out to shoppers and from walking through the fair to distribute literature or attract shoppers to their booth.
Vendors may only greet shoppers who approach their booth
VENDOR SET UP DETAILS
Every vendor space allows the vendor vehicle to park either at or very close for unloading in the morning and loading later on.
Our field staff will direct all vendors to designated vendor parking.
All vendors set up on blacktop.
Space is assigned on a first come basis.
In most cases we do not pre-assign vendor spaces.
Space is assigned when you arrive based on availability and your acceptance of the space.
Our green/yellow vested staff members will greet you and direct you to available space.
If you cannot find a staff member please ask any vendor where they can be found.
Vendor spaces are 10' x 10'.
Electricity is not avaiable. Please bring a silent generator if you need electric.
There is room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six foot tables in a U-shape.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent.
These items are all optional at the vendor's discretion.
Note! The Salt Shack at Cedar Beach is a direct beach front location and the wind can be strong.
On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.
Vendors who don't comply may be required to take down their tent for public safety
Vendors who sell quality items that are displayed on a bare table only diminish their look and lower the overall appearance of the Market.
For your own good we strongly recommend covering your tables with a quality material.
Trade show top quality 6' fitted floor length black machine washable table covers are sold by show management for $20 while supplies last..
Garbage cans are exclusively for the use of the public.
Vendors are prohibited from placing their garbage into the public garbage cans.
Vendors are to take their garbage with them at the end of the day.
