Outdoor at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal.

Open Friday July 4th and Saturday July 5 

and most Saturdays in July and August (closed Saturday August 2)

12noon-8pm


Prepaying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.

Vendors who have not prepaid and show up on the morning of a Show looking to rent space will be turned away by Show managemenet if space is not available.

If space is available the vendor must pay through our Vendor Application.

No form of cash or check will be Show management.

Artists, crafters, gift curators, farm stands, prepackaged food items exclusively for home consumption, individually operated independent service providers, and elected officials

Food truck trailers

Food vendors are encouraged to include their entire menu on their application.

If there are concerns about certain items we will contact you to discuss.

Food trucks are not permitted to drive to their space.

Only hand-pulled food trailers may be brought onto the property.

Service Providers

This vendor category refers to providers with more than a small handful of employees.

Examples are companies offering insurance, home improvement and related products, communications, real estate, health care, etc, who may or may not be affiliated with larger regional, national or international organizations.

When you successfully submit a Vendor Application an auto generated email will be sent to you with instructions on what to do next.If this email does not appear in your inbox check your spam folder.

To avoid delays when you check in, please bring the confirming email showing the fairs you have paid for and the amount you paid.


A special Thank You! to the vendors who came to the Empire Outlets June 21 Open House  and met our management team and toured the areas where vendors will be setting up to sell.

We all witnessed a steady stream of shoppers on all three Level of the outlets-this place is definitely an undiscovered great opportunity for vendors!


Opened in 2019, Empire Outlets is attracting thousands of visitors a day, and that's without the benefit of most of its yet-to-open restaurant and bar attractions, which are expected to further increase the amount of time — and money — visitors spend on the island. 

Hundreds of thousands of visitors from France, Germany, Denmark, Australia, Brazil and other countries scoop up bargains at the Outlets.

Empire Outlets is New York's Boroughs only outdoor outlet shopping destination. 

With an unobstructed view of the lower Manhatten skyline, the Outlets are connected to the Staten Island Ferry terminal with free service to and from Manhattan.

Convenient escalators, elevators and stairs connect all three floors

DIRECTIONS

By ferry The Staten Island Ferry offer free service to and from Whitehall Terminal at 1 Whitehall Street at South Street in Lower Manhattan. and the Empire Outlets in Staten Island.

When you arrive at the Staten Island Terminal you will be at the Empire Outlets.

The ferry is free because it is one of the only ways to get to Staten Island and once there people spend money. 


By car GPS  55 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island 10301 

It is approximately a one hour drive from Nassau County to the Empire Outlets.


PARKING

Street parking is limited.

There is a fee to park in the Outlets parking garage.

VENDOR INFORMATION AND RULES

Vendors must check in first with Show Management before setting up.

Failure to check in could lead to you being required to break down and relocate your space.

Electric is available for vendors at no additional cost in a limited number of spaces.

Please make sure to indicate if you need electric on your application. 

Some vendor spaces have an overhead cover providing rain protection and shade.


When you set up in the morning do not place your items to the left or right of your space because you might be in another vendor's space and you might be liable for paying for the additional space.

During the selling day please be respectful and considerate of your neighboring vendors by keeping all items within the confines of your space. 

Placing merchandise, signage, or chairs outside your 10'x10' space is unacceptable.


Vendors are prohibited from calling out to shoppers and from walking through the Outlets to distribute literature or attract shoppers to their booth.

Vendors may only greet shoppers who approach their booth


Vendor set up begins 10am every Show date.

Vendor parking is conveniently nearby in the Outlets parking garage.


Specific vendor locations will be assigned by Show management the first day you set up to sell.

Vendor space sizes vary from a single table to 10'x10' which will accomodate a 10'x10' canopy.

The 10'x10's spaces will accomodate up to 3 six-foot tables in a U-shape under the canopy.

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, canopy.

A free secure storage area is available for vendors who have prepaid for the following Show date.

Vendor tables must be covered with an attractive cover.

Trade show top quality 6' fitted floor length black machine washable table covers are sold by show management for $20 while supplies last.
