For all two-day outdoor events if Saturday is declared a rain out, vendors who prepaid for Saturday may set up on Sunday with no additional fee.
For all two-days outdoor events if Sunday is declared a rain out, vendors who prepaid for Sunday will receive a 100% account credit for the amount paid good for one year.
For all cancelled one-day outdoor events, vendors who prepaid will receive a 100% account credit for the amount paid good for one year.
If you have earned an account credit send us an email letting us know the name of the vendor and the company name on the original Vendor Application and the name & date of the cancelled fair.
You will receive an email responding to your request.
Vendors are not required to attend a cancelled event to receive credit.
Vendors who do not set up will not receive credit for an event that has not been cancelled.
Most of our outdoor events are advertised 'weather permitting'.
Whenever possible we wait as long as possible to cancel, usually not making a decision until the morning of the event.
If the weather is questionable on the morning of the event we may not be able to send emails or make phone calls or publish details.

You can direct your search to any specific town on their website.
This way you can get the current weather conditions and forecast for the event, rather than a possibly misleading and conflicting regional weathe report.
Send us an email up to one week before the event if you want to cancel your reservation in exchange for a different event or an account credit.
Account credits are good for one year.
Vendors with limited or no competition agreements do not qualify for a credit for a cancelled event because we lose revenue by turning away competitors.
