If we are sold out of space when your application is received you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

By signing you are agreeing to comply with every rule and requirements set forth on our website.

To release our hosting partners, Alan Finchley, Alans Fair Inc. and any and all of their employees, from any claims resulting from loss, damage or injury to him/herself or family or employees.
A signed vendor application is considered a legal and binding agreement.
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 10 days prior to the advertised date of a fair.
Processing fees are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy for No Competition Vendors is as follows:
Vendors who we have agreed to give limited or no competition will not receive a refund or credit if 3 days or more days have passed after submitting their payment.
This is because we are turning other potential competing vendors away.

At that time we will send you a confirming email from 'SALES'.
Bring that confirming email with you each day you come to sell.

Go to the page dedicated to the fair you are interested in.
On that page will be everything you need to know including directions and vendor set up.
There will also be a poster for the fair.
You are encouraged to use the poster as an advertising tool by posting it on Face Book and Instagram, by handing it out to your customers at other fairs, by making copies and posting it at busy public places like your local supermarket, and by emailing it to local publications and calendars.
It's to your advantage to help bring as many people as possible to every fair you are participating in.
We do plenty of advertising, but you can help yourself by getting the word out!
