VENDOR OPEN HOUSE 

Vendor Open House and Vendor Space Selection

On Saturday November 8 from 4pm-6pm vendors may may inspect and reserve their space.

This year we have added more vendor locations including the mall's Center Court.

Vendor locations stretch along the mail shopping aisle from Kay Jewelers all the way to IKEA.

For Open House, management will be in the center court near Kay Jewelers.

Appointment not required.

Priority for choice of space location is given to those vendors renting the greatest number of days.

Most vendors who have prepaid for a handful of dates will be shown available space on the morning they come to set up.

We recommend that vendors not wait for the open house to apply and pay for their dates because we have a limited number of spaces available.

Vendors who are in the Center Court area prefer to park in the outdoor lot closest to Mavis Tires.

After parking enter the mall and the Center Court will be straight ahead next to Kay Jewelers.

Vendors who are in the IKEA area prefer to park in the outdoor lot using the Cinemas/Food Court entrance, which is located in the northwest corner of the mall and is directly next to the entrance to Round 1.

After parking, enter the mall using the glass doors just to the right of Round 1 and come straight into the mall for about 100' to the second set of escalators at the entrance to IKEA . 

Turn right at H&M and proceed straight ahead to Center Court.

Some vendors prefer to park in the parking garage, which is shared by IKEA and the mall. 

After parking in the garage, enter the mall and walk straight down the narrow hallway to the first set of escalators. 

The Christmas Show is open everyday November 15-December 24, 2025 with the most traffic on Saturdays, Sundays, and the last two weeks before Christmas.
