Vendor Rental Rates
Artists, crafters, gift curators, farm stands, prepackaged food items exclusively for home consumption, baked goods, individually operated non-profits and independent service providers with up to a handful of part-time employees, and elected officials.
$110 total rent for each space each day.
Discount Package $1,500 for all 16 days of the Craft & Gift Show
Food Vendors
$200 for each space each day.

Service Providers:
$250 for each space each day.

This vendor category refers to providers with more than a small handful of part-time employees.
Examples are companies offering insurance, home improvement and related products, communications, real estate, health care, etc, who may or may not be affiliated with larger regional, national or international organizations.
Craft & Gift Show Dates 11am-6pm each day.

This is our 7th consecutive year of producing the Christmas Craft & Gift Show at Broadway Commons Mall.
In previous years we were limited to the Rotunda area near IKEA.
This year, for the first time ever, we are able to also set up vendors in and around the mall's Center Court.
The Christmas in Center Court Show allows vendors to set up in the center of the mall at the main intersection of the aisles leading to and from all mall entrances and anchor tenants such as Target, Panera Bread, Victoria's Secret, Forever 21. H&M, IKEA,Round One Family Entertainment, and the Food Court.
Vendor spaces may be individually designed by vendors to reflect the heart and soul of their business.
We are very excited about this opportunity and cordially invite all vendors to our VENDOR OPEN HOUSE on Saturday November 8 from 4pm-6pm.
Appointments are not required.
Vendors renting the most number of dates will be given priority for space location.
CHRISTMAS CRAFT & GIFT SHOWS
Most spaces are 10'x10', allowing vendors to display three 6' tables or showcases in a U-shape.
Vendor display stands are limited to 6' in height.
Electric is free. Not available in all vendor locations.

Vendor Setup
Set up begins 8am the morning of your first day.
Under no circumstances may a vendor set up on their own.
If you cannot find the vendor set up area call or text Alan 516-442-6000.
Vendors use their own tables and displays.
All tables and displays must be covered as described below.
We strongly recommend taking your merchandise home with you every night because although there is 24/7/365 security, neither the mall nor us are responsible for any missing items.
During the show if you have any questions or concerns or discomforts about your space please call Alan 516-442-6000
If you are confronted by mall management or mall security or any other official mall representative please comply with whatever they are requesting and call or text Alan 516-442-6000.

On Saturday November 8 from 4pm-6pm vendors may may inspect and reserve their space.
This year we have added more vendor locations including the mall's Center Court.
Vendor locations stretch along the mail shopping aisle from Kay Jewelers all the way to IKEA.
For Open House, management will be in the center court near Kay Jewelers.
Appointment not required.
Priority for choice of space location is given to those vendors renting the greatest number of days.
Most vendors who have prepaid for a handful of dates will be shown available space on the morning they come to set up.
We recommend that vendors not wait for the open house to apply and pay for their dates because we have a limited number of spaces available.
