VENDOR SET UP DETAILS

Vendors line up starts on Fenworth Blvd. right before Franklin Ave.- Little Enrico’s Pizzeria is on one corner of Fenworth Blvd and Franklin Ave and Philly Pretzel Factory on the other corner.

Vendor set up starts at 7 am and continues throughout the morning hours.

Space is assigned on a first come basis.

There are no 'bad' space locations at any of our shows.

Do not set up on your own.

Our green/yellow vested staff members will greet you and direct you to available space.

If you cannot find a staff member please ask any vendor where they can be found. Vendor spaces are 12' x 12'.

There is room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six foot tables in a U-shape.

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent.

On windy days for public safety vendors setting up a portable tent must have at least 18lbs of weight on each leg of the tent.

Vendors who sell quality items that are displayed on a bare table only diminish their look and lower the overall appearance of the Market.

For your own good we strongly recommend covering your tables with a quality material.

Vendors may purchase floor length 4' or 6' black fitted machine washable trade show quality table covers from management for $15-$20 each while supplies last.

Vendors are responsible for removing any and all garbage, debris, boxes, etc. from their space and taking them away from the Fair grounds.
