Your application must be accompanied by payment.  

Prepaying is the only way to guarantee that space will be available for you when you arrive to sell.

Our basic policy is vendors receive a 100% credit for weather related cancellations that may be used for any of our outdoor fairs for one year.

1. Event cancellations based on weather forecasts 

2. Vendor payments if an outdoor fair is cancelled because of bad weather

3. Vendor payments if we are sold out of space when your payment is received

4. Vendor cancellations after prepayment has been made  for an upcoming     event.
